🥰Be Thankful for LOVE: Healing the Heart Chakra❤️

Hello Sensi-Seeker

Love Energy Teachings...

3 Benefits of a Healthy Heart Chakra

This week we focus on the HEART chakra. This is located in the center of the chest and the element associated with it is air. The following are 3 major benefits of healing this chakra, AND some ways to heal/empower it.

1. More Love of Self & Others

Healing the heart chakra means that the energy of love can be more easily produced within and received. Often people speak of a “wall” up. This wall is built around the heart because of the perceived sensitive nature of our hearts.

In actuality, the heart is NOT fragile, but we do have to work at creating a strong heart chakra. If we neglect our own heart, THAT is when it can broken.

To help create a strong heart and therefore more love in our lives, (not the chemically induced love but true love that emanates from life itself) a daily practice such as an…

Energy Massage would greatly help. A quick guide on how to do this is as follows:

  1. Lie down on your back and rub your hands together to activate your hand chakras
  2. Close your eyes and imagine a warm green light filling up the heart chakra.
  3. Place your left palm onto the center of your chest with your fingers pointed to the right, then your right hand placed on top, and take at least 7 deep breaths.
  4. To uplevel this practice you can use heart chakra-enhancing essential oils (rose or jasmine) with a carrier oil such as jojoba oil, to place in the heart chakra and physically massage gently here.

2: Relationship Improvement

As mentioned above, creating a healthy heart chakra enhances the ability to produce, give, and receive more of the love energy, leading to more compassion and understanding.

One of the greatest acts of compassion and love is taking the time to LISTEN with an open heart. Practicing this technique with your loved ones can create much better relationships.

3: Increased Tolerance

Listen, these days most of us could use a little more tolerance, right? An impatient, irritable, defensive, judgmental world is a CRUEL one. And I can confidently say no one wants to live in a cruel world.

So, now that you have practiced loving yourself and your loved ones, a deeper love can come about regarding other people and living beings.

We can begin to truly understand our fellow humans, animals, or even plants better and therefore have more tolerance. Knowing things don't have to fit into a box, to "deserve" love or our kindness. is key.

Love is universal and is in the fabric of the universe, we love because it is our nature, and it SUPPORTS life. Think, a baby is WAY more likely to survive if the parents are LOVING compassionate, and tolerant humans.

HEART AFFIRMATIONS

In addition to the practices mentioned above and the affirmations, here is a list of things you can do to heal and empower your HEART chakra; use the colour green, treat yourself things you enjoy, get in touch with the beauty of nature, listen to music that touches the heart, embrace and comfort others, receive or learn healing touch such as massage, prana or Reiki ** the best time to do these is on the new and full moon**

If you need extra support and/or feel resistant to these practices, the course is a great opportunity to remedy this. There are one-on-one and group sessions included in the course, PLUS extra techniques that fast-track the effect.

Red Sunset Power Ignites Root Chakra

Hello Sensi-Seeker Ignite Your Root Chakra Red Power 3 Benefits of a Strong Root Recently, I have been delving into the lessons of the Chakras and their energies again. In doing so, I was able to connect deeply in a spiritual way and was led to a much healthier frame of mind and energy. Let's just say before then, I was not in a good place. Due to the origins of the chakras (which are ancient, dating back to the Vedic texts from 1500-500 BCE), they really do hold such great lessons for...

Hello Sensi-Seeker Overcome Your FEARS Heart Expansion Fear is my Middle Name Some of my earliest memories have been related to fear. I feel like I was born into this world being fearful of basically EVERYTHING. My parents will even tell you I used to hide in the cupboards, closets, and the cubby hole often. School was even a challenge as I dreaded going every day. Finally, in my 20s I discovered this was because of my hyper-sensitivity to everything and my active imagination (picturing...
